Armenia has been ignoring the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summits for a year now and pledges to withdraw from the organization, Nasha Niva newspaper writes.
In his remarks at the meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council, the president of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, commented on the absence of the Armenian side at this event.
"Today I had the honor to speak first, as our Armenian colleagues are not participating in the session. By the way, that characterizes the current geopolitical situation in the region and, to some extent, our organization," said Lukashenko.
