YEREVAN.- Armenian political analyst Narek Galstyan considers Azerbaijan is not ready for war and the level of combat readiness is not sufficient to conduct large-scale hostilities at the moment.

“Despite of active propaganda, Azerbaijan does not believe in success,” he told reporters on Saturday. If hostilities resume, Azerbaijan’s infrastructure will be under threat and will deprive Baku of investments.
