STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire, on the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, around 250 times, from August 24 to 30.
During this time, more than 2,000 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian positions, and by way of different-caliber rifle weaponry, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army reported.
The Defense Army vanguard units, however, primarily adhered to the ceasefire and took retaliatory actions solely when absolutely necessary, the NKR Ministry of Defense press service informed.
