KYIV. – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko accused Russia of overt aggression and carrying out a radical change in the layout of the forces at the conflict zone in southeastern Ukraine, where the Ukrainian forces are fighting the pro-Russian activists, the President’s press service informed.
“The situation is further aggravated in recent days. The neighboring state [i.e., Russia] carries out direct, overt aggression against Ukraine. This radically changes the situation at the zone of military operations, and makes our power structures face more complicated tasks,” Poroshenko noted.
