STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire on the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces more than 500 times, on January 31 and February 1.

During this time, around 10,000 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian military positions, and by way of rifle weaponry, mine throwers and grenade launchers, reported the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army press service.

The Defense Army vanguard units, however, confidently carry out their military watch, and take appropriate action, if necessary.
