Spokesperson for Azerbaijani foreign ministry Hikmet Hajiyev said ten people had been eliminated from the list of “unfavorable persons” that contained previously 445 names.

However, Hikmet Hajiyev forgot to mention that since the announcement of the “updated” version, the list was supplemented by another 100 people.

The search tool for "2014" shows that last year alone the list was supplemented by 50 people, including members of the European Parliament, representatives of western universities, journalists, artists, athletes, and others. The list also does not include the names of thousands of tourists, whose names did not appear in the media.

The “black list" includes persons who visited Nagorno-Karabakh without informing the authorities of Azerbaijan. The situation clearly shows that the vast majority of guests visiting Nagorno-Karabakh is not interested in the opinion of Baku on the matter.
