YEREVAN. – A VAZ 21703-model vehicle fell into the Kasakh river in Armenia on Wednesday at around 9:40pm.

The car had fallen into the river from a bridge on a field road of the administrative area of Kayk village of the Aragatsotn Province.

As a result, passenger Tigran Avetisyan (born in 1990) died on the spot, whereas the other passenger sustained physical injuries and was hospitalized.

An investigation is underway, reported the Police Information Department.
