YEREVAN. - Due to the activity of Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC), Armenia is on the cusp of civil war,” “Stand up, Armenia” initiative council member David Hovhannisyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am.
“PSRC wasn’t doing anything for 3-4 years, while the “Electric Networks of Armenia” (ENA) was working at a loss and accumulating debts. In response, the Commission merely raised the electricity tariff without any professional analysis,” he said.
According to him, the initiative will present its demands during a rally to be held on August 11.
