According to the Russian media, Ukraine has ceased to be the main enemy of Russia, and in late 2015, Turkey has taken its place in this respect. 

The calculations by Medialogia association attest to this, RBK news agency reported.

Medialogia researched how often Russian TVs, media, and blogs noted Ukraine, the US, Turkey, and the Islamic State in an inimical context in the current year.

Accordingly, Ukraine was the respective “leader” in the first nine months, and the US was “enemy number two.”

But the Russian media’s enmity toward these two countries gradually reduced throughout the year.
