YEREVAN. – Even though the strain in Russia-Turkey relations reaching a military level will not be a good thing for Armenia, some strain will enable Armenia to achieve some results.

Head of the Political Affairs Bureau and the Armenian Cause Office of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Party, Giro Manoyan, stated the above-said at a press conference on Wednesday.

In his words, Turkey, with its conduct in this entire situation, discredits itself as a regional player.

And reflecting on the developments relating to Iran, Manoyan noted: “The better are relations between Iran and the West, that much better for Armenia, since our country has close relations with both Iran and the West. Armenia can become a good player in the rapprochement of relations of the West and Iran.”
