Already 42 rockets have been dropped on Martakert city of Karabakh since the morning, head of Martakert administration, Vladik Khachatryan, told Armenian News – NEWS.am.
"12 houses and the gas distribution point have already been burnt down in the city. The hospital is working in two shifts. We have power, but we'll have to switch off the street lights at night," he said.
According to Khachatryan, there is no panic among the population, since they are used to this conduct of the adversary.
"The people stay in a shelter. Once the situation improves a little, they go out as if nothing had happened. We cooperate with the army and control the situation," he said.
