YEREVAN. – Artsrun Hovhannisyan, the press secretary of the Minister of Defense of Armenia, continues publicizing the photographs of the Armenian military servicemen who have fallen as a result of the recent aggression by the Azerbaijani armed forces.

Masis Tovmasyan was born in 1979 in Stepanakert, capital city of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh).

From 1996 to 1999, he served in the NKR Defense Army.

From 1999 to 2003, he studied at Yerevan University of Management and Information Technology, and received the degree of Bachelor of Laws.

In April 2016, he went as a volunteer to the frontline, where he fell.

Tovmasyan was married, and he has two children, aged 8 and 10.
