Russia and Turkey have agreed to hold consultations at the level of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the law enforcement agencies on visa abolition for Turkey, Russian deputy prime minister Arkady Dvorkovich stated, RIA Novosti reported.

He noted that they need to provide the necessary guarantee on preventing the individuals, involved in extremism, terrorism, to penetrate into Russia. When mutual understanding on the issue is reached, it will be possible to make a decision to abolish the visa restrictions.
