No progress has been achieved at the Norman format ministerial meeting (Russia, Germany, France, Ukraine), said the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, reports RIA Novosti.

"At the same time, the fact that no one casts doubts on the agreement reached on November 19 among the leaders, as it was before - Minsk agreements and decisions made in Paris in October of the last year - is a positive tendency,” Lavrov told the journalists.

He noted, that now no one even thinks about a military deployment in Ukraine. "This issue is not urgent, as there is no such a necessity. Undoubtedly, there are no talks about any military missions of the OSCE nor any other institution, which is regularly discussed in Kiev, "Lavrov concluded.
