Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian on Friday met with the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Herbert Salber.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 23rd OSCE Ministerial Council held in Hamburg, Germany.
The interlocutors discussed the steps aimed at the implementation of the agreements round the Karabakh conflict reached in Vienna and Saint Petersburg, the press-service of the Armenian MFA informed Armenian News – NEWS.am.
The Armenian FM underscored the importance of rigorous implementation of these agreements in terms of the advancement of the peace process.
The EU Special Representative, for his part, noted that there is no alternative to the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict. He also confirmed EU’s support to the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group.
