Azerbaijan’s capacity is limited in manufacturing precision arms. 

Russian political scientist Alexander Khramchikhin stated the aforesaid commenting, at the request of Armenian News-NEWS.am, on Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev’s statement about his country possessing high-precision armaments—which, however, have not yet been displayed.

When asked, especially what types of arms Aliyev was speaking about in such a mysterious way, Khramchikhin noted, in particular: “It can be assured that Azerbaijan’s capacity is limited in the matter of manufacturing [precision arms], which[, however,] cannot be said about the capacity to purchase precision arms, including from Israel.”
