YEREVAN. – Foreign languages need to be better studied in schools in Armenia, Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan stated at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting.

In this connection, he instructed Minister of Education and Science, Levon Mkrtchyan, to prepare relevant recommendations within one month.

“We spoke also about [the fact] that a foundation needs to be created for teaching the basics of business and finance,” added Karapetyan. “The strengthening of the directions I indicated shall raise the quality of school education.”
