“Within the framework of the 27 October, 2010 Astrakhan agreement reached during the meeting of the presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia, the citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who had illegally crossed the Armenian border in 2010 and presently is in the Republic of Armenia, will be returned to the Azerbaijani side on November 4, 2010 at 12:00 on the north-eastern border of the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line, on Ijevan-Ghazakh section,” Defense Ministry press service informed NEWS.am.
Following norms of the international humanitarian law, the name and surname of the Azerbaijani citizen are not published until he is returned to the Azerbaijani side.
