The situation in Talish village of Artsakh is calm after the shelling, informed Artak Beglaryan, Spokesperson of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Prime Minister.

“No loss and damage was recorded in Talish village, as a result of the firing of those 18 shells,” Beglaryan wrote on his Facebook account: “A group of men are in Talish, who carry out relevant work toward the restoration of the village. Now, the situation is calm there.”

As reported earlier, the adversary continued intensively violating the ceasefire along the line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces, from late Saturday night to early Sunday morning.

During this time the Azerbaijani armed forces fired more than 2,200 shots toward the Armenian position-holders, and with cannons, mortars, and grenade launchers.

In addition, they fired 18 cannon shells toward Talish village.
