YEREVAN. – The “Survey for Seismic Protection” Agency of Armenia recorded four minor earthquakes in the country, from March 9 to 15.
The epicenters of these tremors were located 12 km northeast of Vanadzor town, 27 km southwest of Vagharshapat (Etchmiadzin) town, 6 km southwest of Kajaran town, and 22 km southwest of Sisian town, the agency informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
In addition, four other minor quakes were recorded in the region—in Turkey, and Iran.
