YEREVAN. – The Armenian government hopes for extra investments in addition to $3.2 billion, thanks to the private contractual investment fund called “Investors’ Club of Armenia”, Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan said after the official opening ceremony.

Journalists recalled his statement that huge investments are expected in Armenia. Asked if the establishment of this club is a part of this program, Karapetyan replied: “We talked about the diagnosis, the concept of how we represent changes in the country. For practical implementation, we have created a program of $ 3.2 billion. Whether the club itself becomes a party to the processes associated with the mentioned $3.2 billion is a task of the club itself. But we expect that extra investments in addition to $3.2 billion”.
