Bulgarian police detained the chairman of the election precinct commission of Krushovitsa village nearby Pleven town, and for attempting to bribe voters.

The Pleven Prosecutor’s Office is investigating ten more reports on election bribe.

The suspect was distributing 30 to 40 levs (about €15) as a bribe to people, so that they vote in favor of a particular political force, according to TASS  news agency of Russia.

A parliamentary special election is held Sunday in Bulgaria.
