The settlement of the Karabakh conflict is in the hands of the OSCE Minsk Group which regrettably has not invited us to take part in the process, Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland.
His answer came in response to the question of Azerbaijani delegate who once again complained of the Minsk Group.
“If they want stronger involvement on human rights, we would be glad to do that, but we must not do anything to harm the process that is being run by the so-called Minsk Group,” Jagland said in response to Azerbaijani delegate’s question.
