YEREVAN. – Creative work requires years of focused and consistent targeting. 

President Serzh Sargsyan noted the aforesaid, in particular, in his remarks at the President of the Republic of Armenia 2016 Awards ceremony, on Friday. 

With the presidential decrees, these awards were given to Pakrat Estukyan—editor of the Armenian section of Agos Armenian bilingual weekly of Istanbul, for constantly raising the Armenian Genocide issue in the pages of Agos; and Hans-Lukas Kieser—a Swiss historian, for his considerable merit in Armenian Genocide studies. 

President Sargsyan handed these awards to their recipients.
