ASHGABAT. – The International Energy Charter Forum, entitled “Towards a Multilateral Framework Agreement on Transit of Energy Resources,” kicked off Tuesday in Ashgabat, the capital city of Turkmenistan.
The event will be followed by a media forum, the Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter informed from Ashgabat.
An official delegation from Armenia, and led by Deputy Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources Hayk Harutyunyan, also is attending this forum.
The discussants will confer on the transit of energy resources, including natural gas, oil, and electricity.
