A 5.7 magnitude earthquake hit central Japan on Sunday morning.
The shocks were registered at 7:02 am local time. The epicenter was in the country’s Nagano prefecture, RIA Novisti reports.
The earthquake was also felt in 29 prefectures, including in Ishikawa, Gifu, Kyoto, Toyama, Osaka, etc. It was about 1 magnitude in Tokyo.
No information has yet been received about casualties and destructions.
