STEPANAKERT. - Defense Minister of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), Commander of the Defense Army, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan on Tuesday received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

At the meeting, the current state of the work carried out towards the resolution of the Artsakh-Azerbaijani conflict, the tense situation on the border in the beginning of the month and means of possible means of its de-escalation were discussed, the Artsakh Defense Army informed Armenian News – NEWS.am.
