UN Special Envoy for Syria, Staffan de Mistura released a new document, that includes the content of the 12 points of commonalities between the Syrian parties, which excluded provisions on the new Syrian constitution and the political transition.
The first document was presented by the UN Special Envoy on March 24, 2016.
The Special Envoy has decided to clarify where things currently stand by releasing the attached 12 Living Intra-Syrian Essential Principles paper dated 30 November 2017, the statement of de Mistura says.
