YEREVAN. – We expect some liveliness in the construction industry in 2108.

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Karen Karapetyan, stated the above-said at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the government.

“Growth was recorded in the construction sector, at the end of 2017,” he noted, “and we expect the increasing of these rates in the near future.”

Also, the PM gave directives toward improving the situation in this domain.

In addition, Karapetyan instructed the government chief of staff and the chairman of the State Urban Development Committee to organize a respective consultation, within ten days, with construction developers and investors.
