YEREVAN. – In his official letter addressed to Arman Tatoyan, Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Armenia, European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) President Guido Raimondi has lauded the activities of the ombudsman’s staff.

Also, Raimondi stressed that the ECHR recognizes the Armenian human rights defender’s reports as an important source, based on which references are made in the court’s verdicts concerning Armenia, office of the Ombudsman informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
