YEREVAN. – The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 481.76/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday; this is up by AMD 0.88 from Monday, informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.
The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 593.67 (up by AMD 3.82), that of one British pound totaled AMD 682.61 (up by AMD 4.95), and the rate of one Russian ruble made up AMD 7.71 (down by AMD 0.38) in the country.
In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 253.09, AMD 20,630.5 and AMD 14,296.29, respectively.
The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Tuesday.
