STEPANAKERT. – President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan convened a working consultation with the participation of the Stepanakert mayor and heads of the regional administrations.

Issues related to the implementation of a range of programs in socioeconomic and civil defense spheres were on the agenda.

The President gave relevant instructions for proper realization of the activities.

Minister of State Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials participated in the consultation.
