STEPANAKERT. – President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Bako Sahakyan, on Friday visited the capital city Stepanakert Memorial, in connection with the Day of Perished for Motherland and Missing in Action.
At the complex, Sahakyan laid a wreath to the monument to the freedom fighters that are missing in action, Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
