YEREVAN. – The meeting of Armenian parliament’s standing committee on defense and security issued was ruined due to lack of quorum.

The committee had to discuss amendments to the law on road traffic safety, which suggested not stamping the driver’s licenses of foreigners entering Armenia.

The author of the bill is member of Tsarukyan faction Tigran Urikhanyan.
