The leaders of the CSTO member states will not appoint CSTO secretary general by the end of 2019, consultant to Armenian acting Prime Minister Arsen Gasparyan told RBK.
The leaders of the countries will meet on December 6 in St. Petersburg. On that day Eurasian Economic Union supreme council session and CIS non-official meeting will take place.
“The CSTO secretary general issue will not be discussed. The agenda has already been distributed to the participants of the session,” Gasparyan said.
