Members of the Russian Central Elections Commission will take part in monitoring Armenian snap parliamentary elections, RIA Novosti reported referring to the Central Election Commission.
Maya Grishina, the secretary of the CEC, and her colleague Nikolai Levichev will participate in monitoring.
