The explosion took place outside of the Alternative for Germany's Döbeln office in Saxony, DW reported.
According to a police spokesman, the incident occurred on Thursday at 7.20pm local time. Doors and windows of the building were damaged, as well as two neighboring buildings.
Parked cars have been damaged. No injuries have been reported yet.
