German Chancellor Angela Merkel urged China to join the international disarmament effort after the collapse of INF Treaty, AP reported. 

Earlier, the US and Russia announced the withdrawal from the INF Treaty, accusing Russia of violating it.

Russia, in turn, categorically denies all these allegations.

According to Angela Merkel, the US withdrawal from the treaty was inevitable amid Russian violations.
