General Council of Hauts-de-Seine and Tavush region of Armeia will sign a cooperation agreement, Nouvelles dArménie reports.

Patrick Devedjian, President of General Council of Hauts-de-Seine and Governor of Tavush region Armen Gularyan will sign a decentralized cooperation agreement in Nanterre, France on March 4.

The General Council of Hauts-de-Seine seeks to help disadvantaged groups developing sustainable agriculture by installing irrigation networks, creating seed plots, introducing new breeds of cattle, as well as creating jobs and developing education.
