YEREVAN. – The groundbreaking ceremony for the new building of the Hamazgayin (Nationwide) Theater, and which Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan was attending, was put off Saturday (PHOTOS).

Seeing the area filled with trash, the PM stated that he was not going to perform groundbreaking ceremony for the new building under such conditions, and he started collecting the thrash in the area.

The other officials joined him.

And when asked whether the groundbreaking ceremony will not be held Saturday, Pashinyan responded that construction of the new Hamazgayin Theater building was in progress regardless of whether or not the groundbreaking ceremony would be performed today.
