I agree with the Prime Minister’s statement that state official with shoulder can’t be indifferent to the national flag. This is what Armenia’s Minister of Emergency Situations Felix Tsolakyan said during an April 19 press conference.

“I agree with the Prime Minister and believe that we Armenians need to treat our national emblems normally, just like people in other countries. For instance, Armenians still don’t have the culture of placing the national flag in their yards like the Americans do. I agree with the Prime Minister, but I believe he has to be coarser in some regards. If we’re talking about a person who has committed an offense, it is not right to show a mild attitude towards that person,” he stated.

While touring the automobile customs house of Noragavit, Nikol Pashinyan entered one of the offices of the customs house and demanded the employee’s resignation after seeing that there was a dirty national flag in a corner of the room.
