The ex-president of the USSR Mikhail Gorbachev said that he was in the hospital, where he continued to work on his book.

“I have been moved to the hospital for a long time. But I work with the help of my friends,” he told RIA Novosti.

Gorbachev added that his book will be released soon.

The former president of the USSR turned 88 years old in March.
