STEPANAKERT – President of Artsakh signed a decree to appoint Igor Grigoryan an adviser to the Artsakh Republic President- Artsakh Republic President's representative at large.

Sahakyan also signed a decree to relieve Vitaly Balasanyan of his post of the Artsakh Republic Security Council Secretary.
