Armenia will never agree to Azerbaijan becoming an observer or partnering state of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. This is what Chair of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly of Armenia, deputy of the My Step Alliance Ruben Rubinyan said today during the Committee’s session devoted to ratification of the Second Protocol on Amendments to the Collective Security Treaty of May 15, 1992.
“Why am I confident? It is because Armenia will never give its consent,” Rubinyan emphasized.
