A meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs is planned soon, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told reporters on Friday.

According to him, the meeting will be scheduled soon.

Asked to comment on the absence of a document on the negotiating table, the minister noted that the purpose of the talks is now to discuss numerous parameters - a potential settlement.

According to him, since the process has existed for a long time, numerous parameters have been formed, which together can become a solution and our goal is to compare them and achieve proportionality.

Neither side can be guided by a maximalist approach, the minister noted adding that on the other hand, great potential is being put in to solve, evaluate and find the facets of comparison.

The Foreign Minister also noted that the existing format is the best.
