Within the framework of the upcoming visit to the United States, the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan will deliver a speech from the rostrum of the UN General Assembly, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told reporters on Friday.

According to him, the agenda of the visit is quite saturated, and in addition to participating in the UN General Assembly, numerous bilateral meetings are planned.

“We are actively using the UN platform,” the minister said.

Touching upon the issue of Trump-Pashinyan meeting being discussed in the press, the minister called not to fix the issue. According to him, the meeting is in the plans, but so far there is no specifics.

“There is no shortage of contacts at a high level. Both in the White House and in the State Department. There are also no restrictions for further activation. If I need to say something to the American side, I can do it immediately. The embassy is also working actively,” he added.
