The President of Abkhazia, Raul Khajimba, said he was preparing for a possible decision of the Supreme Court to cancel the results of the second round of elections, RIA Novosti reported.

When asked what he would do in case of such a decision, Khajimba said he did not want to voice it yet.

The second round of presidential elections in Abkhazia was held on September 8. On Monday, the CEC announced the final results - the incumbent president Khajimba won, gaining 47.39% of the vote. However, the opposition demands a re-election. They insist that Khajimba was not to get a simple, but an absolute majority of the votes.
