A bill that allows one person to create a limited liability company is proposed in Armenian parliament on Wednesday

According to Bright Armenia party MP Mane Tandilyan, in these legislative regulations, there are items that create unnecessary obstacles for entrepreneurs in the creation and operation of limited liability companies in the territory of Armenia.

“As a result, no entrepreneur in our country can establish an LLC where only one person works. With this initiative, we are removing the barrier, which, we hope, will create a more liberal field and will stimulate the development of the investment climate in our country,” she said.
