The Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of Independence Day. 

According to the statement, in recent years, Chinese-Armenian friendly relations have been developing steadily, high-level contacts have been maintained, and achievements have been made within the joint implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative. 

He noted that they meeting in May gave new impetus to bilateral relations and allowed them to gain a broad understanding of the further development of practical cooperation.

PM expressed readiness to work on bringing the mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries to a new level.
