This year, Armenia launched strategic dialogue with the United States. This is what Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said during the yearend meeting of the American Chamber of Commerce in Armenia.

“There are already certain outcomes of the strategic dialogue. Recently, the US Embassy issued a statement clearly stating that the US government is significantly increasing the amount of programs and projects that are implemented in Armenia. Armenia views this as an important sign that our partnership in the political and economic sectors must expand and be expressed more concretely. In terms of development of business relations between Armenia and the United States, we have a major resource because today, a tremendous sector of the Armenian Diaspora is in the United States, and the Armenians of the United States are carrying out major economic activities,” he said.
